Our Metodo Classico DOCG sparkling wines are made exclusively from 100% Pinot Nero grapes and crafted in Brut, Extra Brut, and Rosé styles. We enhance the purity of Italian Pinot Noir. La Genisia, located in the heart of Oltrepo Pavese, is focusing in the cultivation of Pinot Noir. The winery offers a refined selection ranging from traditional-method sparkling wines—such as Pinot Nero DOCG Brut, Extra brut and Rosé, to elegant, full-bodied reds Pinot Nero. These wines are the result of meticulous vineyard zoning and innovative winemaking techniques, developed in collaboration with the University of Milan.
